We don’t really believe in tenders…

At Protech Construction, we have a clear vision regarding calls for tenders in the field of construction. We believe that this traditional method of selecting a contractor can bring no good to the client, and can even lead to additional costs.
Calls for tenders are often considered the fairest and most transparent method of selecting a contractor. However, this method has significant limitations because contractors are often required to submit very (too!) competitive, or even unrealistic, bids to win the project. This inevitably leads to hidden costs and unforeseen delays which will ultimately cost the customer more.

Unfortunately, the bid rarely goes beyond what is written in the RFP…

At Protech Construction, we believe in working closely with our clients from the start of the project, understanding their specific needs and offering them tailored solutions. We are convinced that such an approach guarantees quality, budget compliance and customer satisfaction.
After 30 years in the business, we sincerely believe that calls for tenders can bring nothing good to the client.
By working collaboratively with our clients, we can offer them full transparency on project costs and timelines, as well as the materials and construction methods used. This allows our clients to make informed decisions throughout the project, with confidence.
