Youth Committee
We firmly believe in the importance of involving young people in our vision and future projects. With this in mind, we have created the Youth Committee, a group of young people aged 14 to 22. This committee aims to open us up to new perspectives and better understand the expectations of future generations. By involving young people, we enrich our company with fresh and innovative ideas while preparing the next generation. We warmly thank Rose, Samuel, Alex, and Nathan for their commitment and enthusiasm.
The Protech Construction Youth Committee has three main objectives:
Giving a Voice to Young People: Allowing young people to express themselves on important topics and actively contribute to our projects.
Enriching Our Understanding of Future Realities: Bringing innovative ideas and diverse perspectives to anticipate tomorrow's needs.
Encouraging Creativity and Innovation: Encouraging young people to propose creative solutions and think outside the traditional frameworks.
The Youth Committee meets periodically to discuss various topics and propose innovative ideas. Here are some examples of their contributions:
- Brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new and inspiring ideas.
- Participation in local projects aimed at improving the quality of life in the communities where we operate.
- Research and proposal of new ecological solutions for our construction projects.
- Facilitating dialogues between young people and more experienced team members to promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences.
Activities for Employees and Their Families
