A BBQ to forge links between neighbors
At Protech, we believe that our buildings are more than just places to work. They’re also living environments where it’s possible to forge links. To highlight the presence of the companies occupying our spaces and encourage exchanges between their teams, we organized a summer BBQ at head office. This 3 à 6 kicked off the summer in a convivial atmosphere, conducive to meetings between work neighbors.
Over and above the bonds created between participants, this moment also enabled our team to listen to those who occupy our buildings on a daily basis. Their experiences and viewpoints are essential. They fuel our thinking, guide our actions and reinforce our commitment to offering environments that are truly adapted to the realities of today’s businesses.
One small gesture among many
This BBQ is just one small gesture among many, but it reflects a profound intention. That of creating, over time, a strong, human and connected community. Providing functional spaces is essential. Creating lasting human links is what really gives meaning to our profession.
"This is the first time we've met employees from another company in the same building. It's a great idea. We feel part of a real community of neighbors."
Several participants expressed their appreciation for this initiative! For us, it’s proof that beyond the materials and plans, it’s the human links that give our projects their full value. Thank you to all the tenants who took part in this event. Your presence confirms that our mission goes far beyond construction.
Together, we build wellness!
