We believe that this traditional method of selecting a contractor can bring no good to the client, and can even lead to additional costs.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecca49d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ecca49d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCalls for tenders are often considered the fairest and most transparent method of selecting a contractor. However, this method has significant limitations because contractors are often required to submit very (too!) competitive, or even unrealistic, bids to win the project. This inevitably leads to hidden costs and unforeseen delays which will ultimately cost the customer more.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bb55ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6bb55ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Unfortunately, the bid rarely goes beyond what is written in the RFP\u2026\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea816ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ea816ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAt Protech Construction, we believe in working closely with our clients from the start of the project, understanding their specific needs and offering them tailored solutions.
